WIRELINE SERVICES

Wire Lube & Seal

Our wireline seal provides better seal retention and is recommended for operations where different pressures exist. In addition to maintaining and holding higher seal pressures, this product will reduce the friction of the wireline, thus minimizing wear on wireline and flow tubes. It will retain higher working pressures which will reduce the loss of condensate, fluids, or gas from the well.

This seal is most effective under high shock conditions for the reduction of drip and splatter. The special cohesive and adhesive properties prevent wellsite contamination. it provides protection against hydrogen sulfide (H2S) as well as corrosive effects of acids, caustics, and salt water.

co2-Resistant Wireline Sealant

This wireline sealant is specifically designed to protect wireline cables from the corrosive effects associated with carbon dioxide (CO2) operations. Made with entirely synthetic materials (Polydimethyl Siloxane), it is inherently resistant to CO2 and hydrogen sulfide (H2S). It provides excellent sealing, adhesion, and lubrication properties, making it ideal for wireline operations in CO2 environments. Unlike hydrocarbon-based wireline products, this sealant maintains consistent viscosity across varying temperatures.

Key Features:

– Low Surface Tension: Ensures efficient coverage and penetration.

– Increases Wireline Life: Extends the lifespan of wireline cables.

– Chemically Inert: Safe for use in chemically aggressive environments.

– Excellent Oxidation and Thermal Stability: Maintains performance in extreme conditions.

– CO2 and H2S Resistant: Unaffected by common well gases.
