Barsin Tech: Energizing Growth, Expanding Market

SPECIALTY OIL TOOLS

Fishing Bumper Sub

•Straightforward 5 pieces design allows for ease of use and servicing
•Hexagonal shaped mandrel slides simply into similarly shaped mandrel body
•Design provides continuous torque capability
•Standard 20” stroke is optimum for most fishing purposes; however longer strokes can be accomplished upon request by simply converting the mandrel and main body

Casing/Tubing Patch

•Used to repair casing/tubing strings in which the I.D. has been damaged/compromised
•Design allows for ease of use and provides timely, and permanent repair
•Post squeeze of the packer, the casing is suspended in the well to keep it under tension
•Ability to seal both internal and external pressure

Casing/Tubing Patch A

• Used to repair casing/tubing strings in which the I.D. has been damaged/compromised
• Design allows for ease of use and provides timely, and permanent repair
• Post squeeze of the packer, the casing is suspended in the well to keep it under tension
• Manufactured for high H2S environments
• Ability to seal both internal and external pressure

Casing/Tubing Patch L

• Used to repair casing/tubing strings in which the I.D. has been damaged/compromised
• Design allows for ease of use and provides timely, and permanent repair
• Post squeeze of the packer, the casing is suspended in the well to keep it under tension
• Manufactured for high H2S environments
• Ability to seal both internal and external pressure

Fishing Magnet

• Used to retrieve multiple sized and shaped magnetic objects from the bottom of the wellbore
• Items that have been successfully fished include, but are not limited to bit cones, bearings, hand tools, slips, and basically anything else that is dropped or left in the bottom of the wellbore
• Specific use for when other conventional (inside or outside) catch tools are unable to catch on oddly shaped items in the wellbore
• Summit's magnets are capable of exerting pulls ranging from 5 lbs up 3,000 lbs
• No loss of circulation through the tools during the entire service

Hydraulic Casing Cutter

• Single cut casing operations at precision depths
• Hydraulically activated knives ensure a smooth, efficient cut
• Cutter is made up on the running string and lowered to the cutting depth
• Once tool is positioned rotary is turned on at our suggested cutting speed to establish a free torque figure
• Rotation is continued and circulation started through the tool, circulation is increased to a rate that will produce an appropriate pressure drop across the cutter nozzle
• Flo-Tel design signals when cut is complete. A positive cut out indication is recognized by a decrease in torque and pressure drop
• Knives are dressed with high strength tungsten carbide for durability, and ease of cut
• The Casing Cuter is available in cutter standard O.D.'s ranging from 5-1/4" to 16"

Hydraulic Tubing Cutter

• Stout, durable design allows for longevity of life
• The cutter is designed to run inside a smaller inner string
• Our cutter is capable of cutting both concentric as well as eccentric strings of pipe or casing
• A positive cut out indication is recognized by a pressure drop after the cutting arms are fully extended. Providing confidence that the cut is complete.
• Cutter arms are dressed with high strength tungsten carbide for durability, and ease of cut
• Design accommodates for easy replacement of cutter arms on rig floor for next size of casing or pipe that needs to be cut.

Casing Cleaning Tool

• Sizes ranging from 2-3/8" tubing up to 20" casing
• Manufactured from heat treated alloy steel, and contains no external bolts
• Blade arrangement allows for complete 360 degree full circumference.
• Place scraper directly above bit, which Summit can provide as well
• Summit suggests running the non-rotating scraper and bit in conjunction with a brush tool as well as a magnet tool for optimum performance and results.
• Design allows for easy conversion to brush style clean out tool by simply swapping standard blades with blades containing stainless steel brushes.
• For completion operations, it is highly recommended that a full-body casing scraper be spaced above to further scour and prepare casing ID's for fluid exchange and production equipment

Non-Rotating Stabilizer

• Placed directly above the cutter in the cutter to be centered in the casing
• Special Marine Cutter used when cutting 20" or larger casing
• Simple yet durable design consists of (4) parts: top sub, body, sleeve, and blades
• Blades remain stationary while rotating while only the body and top sub rotate
• Blades are easily interchangeable for various sizes of casing
