Our valve flushing lubricant enhances the efficiency of your operation by enabling easy valve breakout, ensuring valves operate freely for months. It penetrates and cleans valves that are difficult to operate or stuck. This product is highly effective at removing deposits such as rust, lacquer, or gum, which can result from residual valve lubricants and can prevents these deposits from shutting down valves. It should not be used on oxygen service but is compatible with most valve lubricants and sealants, contributing to smoother operation over time.
This product is suitable for all lubricated valves that are hard to operate. It should be applied using conventional lubricating equipment. Once the product is pumped into the valve, wait about 10 minutes and then slowly turn the valve. Repeat the process until the valve opens freely.

This durable sealant continues to seal valves exposed to downhole gases and is insoluble in water, oilfield brine, and hydrochloric acid. It does not absorb moisture and is non-separating. When exposed to hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide, gasoline, diesel, or crude oil, it maintains its leak-resistant properties.
There are no bentonite or soap thickeners in this product.
